Playwright Christopher Demos-Brown moonlights as a Miami trial lawyer.
The cast also included past Tony-nominee Jeremy Jordan (Newsies) in his Broadway dramatic debut, and stage/screen veteran Eugene Lee. Kenny Leon (Fences, A Raisin in the Sun) directed.
American Son had its world premiere at Massachusetts’s Barrington Stage Company in 2016.
